-         Summary of meetings for a Leader based on the above example – 7 meetings:

o       3 huddles, 1 one-on-one, 1 group visit, 2 church-wide meetings

o       3 “as needed” contacts/meetings with coach or church-leadership

-         The goal for these contacts is to experience adequate “care, support, and equipping”

-          Any huddle could be replaced by a larger group setting or a one-on-one or other gathering as deemed appropriate by the coach & leader (e.g. “All Singles Leaders Meeting”).

-         Note that this schedule does not include a leader’s meeting time(s) with his or her small group members.  Examples of such meetings would include the actual small group meeting, one-on-one meetings with individuals in the group, meetings with the group’s apprentice, etc.

This example is intended to be one potential way that the schedule for a leader could be divided up over a year.  The purpose of having such a schedule is to help provide a balanced ministry framework for the leader.  Crossroads desires that all of its leaders experience personal life transformation themselves even as they help others grow in their own walks with Christ.  Feel free to work with your coach to customize a meeting schedule like this one so that it best fits your own personal life situation.
